brasserie
that
was located at
21 rue Royale in Paris
, and was opened in
1865.
It was very well known in its time and a meeting place for writers, journalists, and artists, including Marcel Proust. Weber closed in
1961. The ice bowl is produced by the famous silver manufacturer Christofle.
