Carafe Loupe

In carafe Loupe is a French bistro carafe made of glass with a bulging, dome-shaped bottom, where the water acts as a magnifying glass and enlarges the printed logo on the underside – hence used as an eye-catcher on café and absinthe tables around the year 1900. Today it is a sought-after collectible.
